Guten Tag.
Ich habe Shopware 5.5.7 auf einer Cloud-Server-Lösung von IONOS (ehemals 1&1) zu Staging-Zwecken installiert. Der Server läuft mit Ubuntu 18.04 und hat Plesk Onyx als administrative Oberfläche.
Ich habe dort einen eigenen Mailserver mit postfix und dovecot eingerichtet. Webmailer und Outlook-Konto funktionieren für die Info@meinedomain.de auch einwandfrei.
Wenn ich die Einstellungen jetzt in den Mailer in Grundeinstellungen->Shops->Mailer eingebe erhalte ich im Backend die Fehlermeldung „Die E-Mail konnte nicht erfolgreich versendet werden.“
Ein Blick in die Logs zeigt folgenden Eintrag:

Einstellungen im Mailer:
Methode zum Senden der Mail: smtp
Hostname für die Message-ID: meinedomain.deMail Host: meinedomain.de
Standard Port: 465 (aber auch bei 587)
Verbindungs Präfix: SSL (aber auch bei tls)
SMTP Benutzername: info@meinedomain.de
SMTP Passwort: *******
Verbindungs-Authentifizierung: login
Wenn ich das ganze ohne Authentifizierung laufen lasse und Ports 25 bei smtp benutze bekomme ich die entsprechende Fehlermeldung in den logs:
CRITICAL: 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: authentication failure … und so weiter.
Ich bin etwas ratlos. Daran hängt ja nun der gesamte E-Mailversand und ohne den kann ich meine Staging-Testkunden-Gruppe nicht los lassen.
