Spontaneous lost of category assignment

Hello, everyone,
Two customers have reported to us within a short period of time that spontaneously all articles in a certain category, including subcategories, lose their category assignment.

They are still completely available, the SalesChannel is assigned, but the category assignment is empty.

Is anyone aware of this effect? Is that a certain plugin or something similar?

Hi Marco,

I haven’t heard from this before, this can of course be caused by a plugin.
Please take a look here in the Shopware documentation and search for „Disable non-standard extensions“ this will give you a quick way to disable all plugins and reactivate them after testing.
