Snippets not showing in backend

Hi, i need help,

I copy Responsive theme and rename it to MyTheme( because i need to remove styles and some js ), then I copy \frontend\index folder from Bare to MyTheme and edit \frontend\index\topbar-navigation.tpl:
{s name=„ShopSlogan“ namespace=„themes/MyTheme/frontend/index/topbar-navigation“}Default welcome msg!0{/s}
{s name=„ShopSlogan1“ namespace=„frontend/index/topbar-navigation“}Default welcome msg!1{/s}
{s name=„ShopSlogan2“}Default welcome msg!2{/s}

Also i try this https://synonymous.rocks/texte-in-shopware-5-themes-mit-snippets-und-ini-files-definieren/

But snippets not showing in backend.

Yes i see.

Reinstallation of SW solved my problem.
