Shopware 4.3.6 -> 5.1.3 Backend Logouts

Nabend Com!

Ich bin etwas ratlos und weiß nicht mehr weiter, woran jetzt der Fehler liegen kann. Man wird in regel- bis unregelmäßigen Abständen aus dem Backend ausgelogt.

Wir haben Forum/Google schon durchsucht und auch den Hinweis auf die PHP Version gesehen und alle “vorhandenen” Versionen, die wir haben, beim Hoster geändert. Der Fehler blieb aber bestehen.

Mein Kollege ist der Meinung es liegt an der Datenbank.

Seine Vorgehensweise war:

SW 4.3.6 installiert > Spieglung des Live Systems > Upgrade auf 5.1.3

Vielleicht gibt es ja hier welche die einen ähnlichen Wechsel gemacht haben und gleiche Probleme hatten.

Also für Tipps oder Ratschläge bin ich sehr offen und dankbar.

Welche PHP-Version setzt ihr denn ein?

sorry für die späte Rückmeldung, kam gestern nicht mehr dazu zu antworten.

Ich habe PHP 5.2 bis 7 getestet was vom Anbieter angeboten wurde. 

PHP Versionen aktuell zur Auswahl dort:
5.2.17
5.3.28
5.4.45
5.5.33
5.6.19
7.0.4

MySQL Version: 5.5.46

Auf unseren Live Server mit SW 4.3.6 läuft aktuell PHP 5.4.45.

In der Core_Production.log sehe ich aktuell auch nur diesen Fehler.

Ausgelogt werde ich nach etwa ~1 Minute.
