Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten!

Wir wurden bereits über das Problem informiert und arbeiten an einer Lösung, bitte versuchen Sie es in Kürze erneut.

Weiß jemand rat ? ( Ich hatte vorher noch eine ältere version ohne responsive template )

Als erstes mal die Fehlerausgabe aktivieren um das genaue Problem zu ermitteln: Debugging Shopware . Wenn Du von einer 4er auf eine 5er Version aktualisiert hast gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die auftreten könnten.

Ich bin von der letzten Version “vor dem responsive” gewechselt. ( 5.1.4 ??)

Den Fehler müsstest du sogar im Backedn unter „Log“ im zweiten Reiter sehen. Du kannst die Shopware Logs da über das Backend direkt einsehen.
In die aktuelle Log Datei schauen. Müsste man schnell auf die Spur kommen

So wenn ich mal testweise das Plugin “barzahlen” deaktivieren will kommt folgende meldung :

Hi,

dann vermute ich bald, dass man es wohl manuell entfernen muss.

Also auf File-Ebene löschen und auch die Einträge die dazu gehören manuell entfernen.

Was du vorher prüfen kannst ist, ob es dafür ein Update gibt. Evtl. vom Anbieter direkt als Download. Das dann darüber kopieren.Vielleicht läuft es dann oder man kann es zumindest deinstallieren

Nach löschen des Ordners klappt es wieder. Jetzt muss ich vorerst nur noch die „Thumbnails“ hinbekommen leider hat es nicht bei allen artikeln geklappt?
