Hallo Forum,
Nach der Auswahl von Paypal und dem anklicken vom “Zahlungspflichtig Bestellen” Buttons kommt folgender Fehler:
“Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten und die Bestellung konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden.
Bitte kontaktieren Sie den Shopbetreiber!”
oder
" [10417] - Transaction cannot complete… Instruct the customer to retry the transaction using an alternative payment method from the customers PayPal wallet. The transaction did not complete with the customers selected payment method. "
Bei “Paypal express” dieses Fehler:

Ich bekomme also keine richtige Fehlermeldung angezeigt. Im Backend ist alles so eingestellt wie es sein sollte, auch die Paypal API ist vorhanden.
Shop Version ist 5.2.3, paypa Update Version ist 3.4.1.
Diese Fehlermeldung haben wir nachdem wir Shopware Update nach 5.2.3 und Paypal aktualisiert haben.
Ich brauche hier bitte unbedingt Hilfe, am besten auch von Shopware.
