Keine Bestellung ohne Kundenkonto möglich

Hallo, ich habe das Problem, dass in meinem Shop (Version 5.7.17) nicht mehr bestellt werden kann, wenn kein Kundenkonto angelegt wird. Es erscheint dann immer eine Fehlermeldung, sobald man in der Bestellung weitergehen möchte.

In diesem Falle wird bestimmt ein Server Error 503 erzeugt, daher:

SW Hilfe:

  • Devtools deines Browsers nutzen

  • Browser F12 (Entwicklerwerkzeuge) aktivieren, Seite neuladen und nach Fehlerausgaben schauen

  • ggf. auch den Cache komplett löschen - also den Ordner var/cache/production_xxx komplett

  • Fehlermeldungen aktivieren und untersuchen
    Shopware 5 - Tutorials & FAQs - Fehlermeldungen in Shopware debuggen

  • Fehlermeldungen in error_log auf Server untersuchen (mögliche PHP-Fehler, z.B. Error 5xx)
    Bitte nicht mit Shopware Log verwechseln. Liegt meist außerhalb vom httpdocs-Order der Domain - ggf. beim Hoster anfragen.

Ich habe jetzt mal die Fehelrmeldungen im Frontend aktiviert und folgendes bekommen. Kannst Du da etwas erkenne, woran es liegen kann?

Eventuell etwas bei den Anreden verstellt oder gelöscht?

Ja, ich habe bei „Verfügbare Anreden“ das „not_defined“ rausgenommen
Habe es jetzt wieder eingefügt, und dann geht es auch wie gewünscht.

Bei mir funktioniert die Bestellung ohne Kundenkonto ebenfalls nicht mehr seid dem Update auf 5.7.17 bzw. jetzt 18. In meinem Fall passiert aber einfach gar nichts wenn man auf weiter klickt.
Keine Fehlermeldung, kein Laden des Browsers, einfach nichts.
Weiß hier noch jemand rat? Anreden bei mir sind gespeichert: mr,ms,Divers,not_defined falls dies relevant sein könnte.

Seid wann tritt das Problem auf. Kann es etwas mit den Anreden zu tun haben?
Seit wann ist „Divers“ als Anrede drin?
