Bestellbestätigung wird nicht verschickt

Moin Moin, leider haben wir Probleme das die Bestellbestätigungen nicht verschickt werden.

Die Kontaktanfragen kommen aber rein.

Wir wissen gerade nicht weiter :frowning:

Ich habe das Problem auch bei einem Kunden, da ist ein externer Zahlungsanbieter und dessen Plugin vermutlich schuld. Aus irgendeinem Grund wird der Flow nicht getriggert. Bei Zahlungen, bspw. über das PayPal Plugin wird die Bestellbestätigung verschickt.

Wir haben es bei Vorkasse ( was ganz komisch ist) die anderen Zahlungsarten gehen.

Das hört sich dann aber so an, als ob eine Flow-Regeln den Versand unterbindet. Schon einmal nachgesehen?

Da liegt dein Fehler im E-Mail-Template. Die productNumber fehlt, da Gutscheine etc. diese nicht haben. Da hilft nur das Template überarbeiten.
