Hallo, bei unserm Shop (Shopware 5 - http://www.kjfashion.de) funktioniert ohne erkennbaren Grund der Warenkorb nicht mehr, es lassen sich jetzt keine Artikel mehr in den Warenkorb legen. Der weiße Layer fährt rechts noch rein aber dann passiert nichts mehr. Das Theme lässt sich jetzt im Backend auch nicht mehr ändern oder aufrufen. Ich denke, dass das zusammenhängt, weiss aber nicht wie ich den Fehler beheben kann. Ich habe zum Test mal einen neuen Shop installiert und einen Dump der originalen DB eingespielt, damit haben ich auf den Testshop das gleiche Problem, dementsprechend wird das Problem wohl in der DB liegen. Kennt jemand das Problem oder hatte das auch schon mal jemand? Einen schönen Gruß
Hallo, ich habe mir jetzt aus der aktuellen und einer neuen DB eine Datenbank zusammengestrickt, so dass zumindest die Themes wieder funktionieren, allerdings bleibt das Problem mit dem Warenkorb unverändert. Ich habe zum test mal alle s_order* Tabellen geleert, das hatte aber auch keine Wirkung. Das ganze mache ich zur Zeit unter test.kj-fashion.de. Eventuell hat ja jemand eine Idee was ich noch machen könnte. Einen schönen Gruß

Hallo, vielen Dank noch mal, das Problem war eher simpel, der Shop hatte offensichtlich ein Problem mit den Sonderzeichen bei dem Text unter Versandkosten->Erweiterte Einstellungen->Eigene Bedingungen. Problem gelöst :thumbup:
