Hallo, ich bin neu bei diesem System und habe folgendes Problem. Schon vor der Installation bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, support@one.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Da ich mich wie schon erwähnt mit Shopware garnicht auskenne, weil ich auch nicht wo der Fehler steckt. Also frei nach dem Motto: Helft mir Obi Wan Kinobi, Ihr seid meine letzte Hoffnung! Bitte ich euch mir zu helfen.
Du musst vermutlich die htaccess Datei anpassen, da diese dein Hoster so nicht interpretieren kann.
ok, das hatte ich mir schon gedacht, nur weiß ich nicht wie ich wo was anpassen soll, weil ich hab heraus gefunden, dass wenn ich per ftp wieder alle Dateien löschen will, dann funktioniert irgendwann die install, aber dadurch das dann schon Dateien gelöscht sind, bleib ich bei schritt 2 stecken, und richtig ist die lösung ja auch nicht. genauso hab ich als versuch mal beide htaccess gelöscht und es war immer noch interal Server error vllt fällt euch ja was ein
