auf diesem Wege suchen wir Hilfe - unser Shopware-Shop Version 5.2.22 funktioniert plötzlich nicht mehr:

Die error.log liefert wiederholt folgende Meldungen:

Also laut Meldung kann der Shop sich nicht zur Datenbank verbinden.

Vielleicht den Benutzer, das Passwort oder den Namen der Datenbank geändert?

Überprüfe mal die Daten in der config.php deines Shops.

Shopware kann sich nicht mit der Datenbank verbinden “Access denied for user…”. Hast du den Benutzernamen, das Passwort oder den Namen der Datenbank geändert?

„Eigentlich“ wurde bei der DB kein neues PW gesetzt, doch im Plesk offensichtlich doch, denn daran lag es.

Ich habe das PW aus der config.php in der DB im Plesk geändert und sofort ging es.
