We just discovered the issue and figuring it out. Maybe someone know the cause of it.

Hmmm… not a really descriptive error report. As far as I understand, the shopping world visual builder in administration panel doesn’t load properly?

  • clear browser caching
  • check in another browser
  • check on another machine
  • look for JS errors in the browser console

It loads, but empty.

I have just figured this out. It was due to errors in a third-party visual builder extension.
