We are migrating to SW6 and we want to send all costumers an mail with the details of the new website and a pass reset link.
What would be the best practice for this?

Why do you want that your costumers have to reset their passwords because they are also migrated? Or do you don’t migrate from Shopware 5?
No its not from SW5, there are no password migrated.
I would use a flow builder to send the emails with a reset link. A e-mail-template for the password reset link is given and can used in the flow builder.
U just need to find a matching condition.
