Maintenance mode issue

Hi,

When we tried to turn on the maintenance mode in shopware 6 (v6.4.17.2), we are getting this error message instead of the content in the maintenance.html.
Please help on this.

Looks like a htaccess or nginx directive error, maybe https.

Too many redirects. That is not a Shopware problem.

I have had the same problem for 6.4.20.2… switching from APP_ENV=prod to dev and back helped.
