I’m trying to understand how it works the Backorders in Shopware 6.
For example, if i have a product X with a quantity of 6 in stock, and a user buys 8 items of the product X.
How SW6 will react? It will generate two orders, one with 6 items and one with 2? It will deny the order?
PS: Having the option in the product „Clearance sale“ switched off.

Why don’t you just give it a try?
If „Clearance sale“ is switched off, you can buy as many as you like. It will be one order.
OK, but in our shop we can’t order more then 1 when a product has no stock. Product has no clearance sale but customer should be able to order more then 1. How can we deactivate this?

That is no Shopware standard. You can order as much products as you like, even if there are no products on stock.
