Hi, we switched from Prestashop to Shopware, and one of the things we really mis is the posibility to mark an order (with specific status) to indicate the order contains backordered (not in stock) products.
How do you all handle this issue?
Example: product X is not in stock, but is ordered by customer. In our proces this order will be shipped after we received the backordered (not in stock) products. Looking forward to hear how you all handle this.
