For different Payment options how can i Customize the confirmation email????


Currently I have the problem, if customers pay in the shop via PayPal, you will receive the same mail as the customers select the “prepayment by bank transfer”. The following text is displayed: 

Attached the bill to your order in our online shop. Payable within 7 working days without deduction. Once the bill is settled, the item goes into the shipping. Thank you for your order and we would appreciate a positive review on Facebook or Google.

This of course leads to confusion on the part of customers who have already paid by PayPal. 

Now I would like to know how or if you can adjust this individually.

Shopware uses smarty as template engine and it is also used to customize the mails. You can simply use the payment-method in an if-statement to customize the mail.
