SW 4.3.0 bei World4you gehostet. Hatte bereits bei Auswertungen–>Übersicht den hier im Forum bereits beschriebenen SQL_BIG_SELECT=1 Error gehabt, den ich wie dort beschrieben korrigieren konnte. Nun plagen mich die Fehler im Auswertungen–>Auswertungen, vermutl dasselbe SQL_BIG_SELECT Problem, aber ich hab keine Ahnung wo ich das korrigieren kann (irgendwo stand geschrieben es ist providerabhängig, ich versteh das nicht, wir haben einen Webshop mit 20 Verkäufen pro Monat, das kann doch nicht in Übergrosse Tabellen laufen, oder gehts hier um ein Speicherproblem? --> dann dürfte ja das einfügen von SQL_BIG_SELECT=1 auch nicht funktionieren) Danke für Hinweise, HeliR Fehlerinformationen Modul: Shopware.apps.Analytics Pfad der Anforderung: /backend/Analytics/load/ HTTP-Fehlermeldung: Service Unavailable HTTP-Statuscode: 503 / GET Fehlerbeschreibung

Hallo, die Meldung kommt, wenn dein Server bei SQL_BIG_SELECTS unterstützt. Das kann global der Hoster anpassen. Alternativ müsste das auch mit einer kleinen Anpassung erledigt werden. Dazu die config.php im Shopware Installatinsverzeichnis erweitern: Alt: 'db' =\> array( 'username' =\> 'Ihr User', 'password' =\> 'Ihr Passwort', 'dbname' =\> 'Datenbankname', 'host' =\> 'localhost' ) Neu: 'db' =\> array( 'username' =\> 'Ihr User', 'password' =\> 'Ihr Passwort', 'dbname' =\> 'Datenbankname', 'host' =\> 'localhost', 'charset' =\> null, 'driver\_options' =\> array( PDO::MYSQL\_ATTR\_INIT\_COMMAND =\> "SET NAMES 'utf8'; SET SESSION SQL\_BIG\_SELECTS=1" ), ) Sebastian

leider nein, ich hatte das schon probiert, du hast den Fix ja schon vor Jahren gepostet, mein Fehler das nciht gleich reingeschrieben zu haben. Vielleicht ist das PDO-Modul bei Mysql nicht installiert - ich hab nur shared server und kann nicht drauf zugreifen. Hab Provider angeschrieben, noch keine Antwort. der von dir woanders gesendete Fix über Korrektur in der Auswertung / Übersicht Shopware()->Db()->query(“SET SQL_BIG_SELECTS =1”); hat super funktioniert, das könnte ich doch auch bei den einzelnen Modulen der Auswertung/Auswertungen beim Abruf der daten eingeben (ich weiss, ist nicht update-fest usw, aber es hat funktioniert). Kannst du mir vielleicht sagen, wo ich diese Module finde? Jedenfalls herzlichen Dank für die Antwort! danke vielmals

Provider World4You.com in Österreich hat mir zurückgeschrieben: BIG_SQL_SELECT = 1 ist bei Domainserver nicht möglich, weil man nicht die ganze MySQL umstellen kann. Im letzten Jahr ist der Support dort generell unwillig und nur noch abwehrend geworden, ich suche jetzt einen neuen Provider. Bis dorthin wäre es trotzdem sinnvoll wenn ich den Source adaptiere und vor dem DB-Zugriff in die PHP die entsprechende Big-Select anweisung einfüge, könnt ihr mir nicht bitte sagen, wo diese einzelmodule stehen, ich bin nicht geübt im debuggen.
