Fehler im Backend nach Update auf 5.5.1

Hi,

nach dem Update auf 5.5.1 bekomme ich im Backend folgende Fehlermeldung:

I.d.R. kommt ein solcher Fehler durch ein Plugin.

Hast du die mal alle deaktiviert?

Ich habe jetzt systematisch eines nach dem anderen deaktiviert. Jetzt funktioniert’s wieder - Keine Fehlermeldung mehr. Vielen Dank für die rasche Hilfe!  Thumb-Up

Verrätst du uns noch, um welches Plugin es sich handelte?

Hi Pierre,

zugegebenermaßen hätte ich die 5.5.1 nicht auf einer Live-Version updaten sollen, da einige der von mir eingesetzten Plugins noch nicht für die 5.5.1 bereit waren.

Folgende Plugins wurden von mir deaktiviert – DANKE Moritz –und es lief alles wieder rund:

  • Sticky Menu Professionell von Coolbax - da gibts mittlerweile ein Update
  • diverse Widgets von mbdus 
  • pmws Cookie Consent von plehnmedia
  • Dokumente in Bestellübersicht von Friedmann

Bingo! pmws Cookie Consent von plehnmedia hab ich als einziges auch drin. Ich würde sagen, das ist für die Fehlermeldung verantwortlich. Ich hab noch eine weitere Installation ohne dieses Plugin laufen, da ist das Update fehlerfrei durchgegangen.

Zu früh gefreut, das Cookie Consent Plugin war es leider nicht. Hab es deinstalliert (jedoch nicht gelöscht), Fehler besteht weiterhin.

Am besten du deaktivierst alle und aktivierst systematisch ein Plugin nach dem anderen. Nicht vergessen nach jeder Aktivierung auch den Cache zu leeren und ggf. neu zu kompilieren.

Bei der Meldung gibt es i.d.R. noch einen Stacktrace - da steht dann auch das Plugin mit drin. Also in dem Fenster mit der Meldung mal runter scrollen.
