Ich habe die Installation 2 mal ausgeführt(auf 2 verschiedene mysql DB’s) da beim ersten mal allow_url_fopen nicht aktiviert war, und ich ebenfalls diese Meldung bekommen habe. Ich dachte es läge daran das allow_url_fopen nicht aktiviert war, also habe ich es Aktiviert. Beim 2ten mal war aber Alles grün, jedoch bekomme ich immernoch den Fehler.
