Customers do not have access to personal information, orders, etc

Hello together.

After registration, customers can log in, but if they access „domain.de/account/address“ or „domain.de/account/orders“ after logging in, registered customers receive the following error message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at domain.de Port 443

Afterwards, neither the backend nor the frontend is accessible. The Roundcube installation of Plesk also crashes.

I am currently use shopware 6.4.5.1 (stable version) on a Linux server hosted by Strato with Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS and plesk Obsidian 18.0.38 Update #3.

Does anyone know the problem or still have a solution?
