Hallo,

Kann mir irgendwer diesbezüglich helfen?

Der Fehler scheint ja: “5.1.8 UTF-8 addresses not supported\r\n” zu sein. Aber wie kann ich das verstehen oder was muss ich ändern?

Kann es sein das du einen Umlaut in der Mail-Adresse hast?

Also Händler mit “ä” statt “ae” und das zu einem Konflikt wurde?

Die Email-Adresse test@händler.de gibt es natürlich nicht. Die Fehlermeldung erscheint auch bei einer logischen Email.

Weder der Shopbetreiber, noch der Kunde bekommt eine Bestellbestätigung.

Dann würde ich schauen unter welchem Schriftsatz die Datenbank läuft.

Version ist 5.7.18 und bei mittwald.

Ich selbst kann aber wenig mit diesen Infos anfangen. Kann ich das irgendwo ändern oder beeinflussen?

Vor paar Monaten ging alles mit der Bestellbestätigung noch.

Hat dazu keiner eine Idee?

Wir nutzen den Webshop nicht sehr intensiv, aber wenn wir ihn mal brauchen als Unterstützung klappt genau dieses nicht.

Das erste mal ging es nicht weil der default mailer nicht mehr ging -> kein Problem eben nen smtp vergeben

Das zweite mal ging es nicht weil die DHL Addons schlapp gemacht haben und keiner von uns wusste davon.

Nun das dritte mal und ich habe, außer die kleinen Updates installiert, nichts geändert am System.

Wir trauen uns gar nicht unser Geschäftsmodell zu überdenken und mehr in den B2B Online Bereich zu gehen, weil es immer wieder zu solch Problemen kommt.

Habe gerade herausgefunden das es zwar unabhängig davon ist welche Zahl- oder Versandart gewählt wurde, aber es bei Endkunden funktioniert nur bei Händler nicht.
