Bestellbestätigungsmail wird nicht versendet

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe wirklich alles versucht und finde den Fehler nicht. Auch habe ich alle Beiträge zu diesem Thema gelesen und die Lösungen getestet. Doch nichts half.

Alle E-Mail-Templates bis auf Bestellbestätigung funktionieren.

Ich bekomme zwar die Meldung, dass Die Test-Mail erfolgreich versandt worden ist, dies stimmt aber nicht.

Wie gesagt, alles andere funktioniert.

Weiß jemand Rat?

Kann es an sendcloud liegen? Im Verzeichnis access.log kommt folgender Eintrag:

UPDATE 2:

ich habe ein Verzeichnis mit den Logs von sendcloud und habe folgendes gefunden:
