Guten Tag, ich bin Neueinsteiger. Habe auf einem sauberen Webaccount Shopware 4 mit dem Installer installiert. Die Basisinstallation ist fehlerfrei abgeschlossen worden. Nun komme ich weder ins Backend noch ins Frontend rein. Fehlermeldeung Backend: Not Found The requested URL /backend was not found on this server. Fehlermeldung Frontend: Forbidden You don’t have permission to access / on this server. Nun bin ich erst mal ratlos wie ich weiter verfahren soll ? Kann mir jemand helfen ? Vielen Dank. Beste Grüße Peter[/quote] Es scheint, dass die .htaccess Datei nicht berücksichtigt wird. Eventuell hast du aber auch nginx als Webserver?
Der Webserver liegt bei all-inkl.com Das sollte nicht das Problem sein, weil dort noch mehrere „normale“ Webseiten laufen. In der .htaccess Datei steht folgendes drin: AddHandler php5-cgi .php php_flag magic_quotes_gpc off Warum zeigt die Installationsroutine an, dass alles richtig installiert ist und geht es doch nicht. Seltsam.
Das ist alles. Leider kenne ich mich mit .htaccess nicht wirklich aus. Was muss da drin stehen und wie kommt es rein, automatisch bei der Installation oder „per Hand“ ? Danke für die Hilfe.
