An error occurred during shopware 5.6.0 to 5.7.2 upgrade

I got an error while upgrading shopware to 5.7.2,
the first time ，error was:
You have requested a non-existent service „Shop“.Did you mean one of these:
„shopwarelBundlelAccountBundlelservicelOptInLoginservice“, …

and the second time， The website cannot run, the homepage reports a 500 server error.

My PHP version is 7.4.21 , The system environment monitoring results are all ok.

How should I locate the problem?
