I’m trying to configure Shopware so that when a customer with a valid VatID places an order it is completely tax free. In an attempt to achieve this I checked the following field in the Shopware backend, Basic settings -> Shop settings -> Countries -> {Some country} -> Tax free for companies. This seemed to work because when placing an order with an account that has a valid VatID, the net prices are displayed for the order positions, however the tax rates for each position are not set to 0%, instead the original tax rates are preserved. Checking this field also doesn’t affect the tax rates for shipping costs, which should also be reduced to 0% for companies with a valid VatID. Does anyone know to achieve this?
