Hi, this is my second post. I would like to know if all the vendor folders are required and if so can they be safe removed and keep only the one I want?

don’t delete any core files, you will run into problems.
Most things can be deactivated in the admin area.
If you wan’t to make changes you should check out the developer documentation that’s found here.
