Guten Morgen,
beim Versuch, Shopware von Version 5.5.10 auf 5.6.6 upzudaten, schlägt die Installation immer wieder fehl.
Folgende Fehlermeldung erscheint:

Please try to fix this error and restart the update.

Leider kann ich mit der Fehlermeldung überhaupt nichts anfangen, außer, dass es etwas mit der Datenbank und der Tabelle s_order zu tun hat.
Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand helfen?
Datenbank? Es wird Minimum MySQL 5.7 benötigt.

Vor dem Update müssen ggf. verwaiste Einträge in s_order_details entfernt werden.

Hallo zusammen,
vielen Dank für eure Hilfe. Das Löschen der verwaisten Einträge hat mich schonmal einen Schritt weiter gebracht. Leider macht das Update nun an der nächsten Fehlermeldung halt. Bzw. es läuft zwar durch, liefert danach aber nur einen Whitescreen.
Folgende Fehlermeldung erhalte ich aus dem error.log des Servers:

Scheint wohl mit dem PaypalPlus Plugin zusammenzuhängen.
Das Plugin ist nicht kompatibel mit 5.6.6, wird auch im Auto Updater normalerweise vorher angezeigt. Das Plugin musst du jetzt komplett vom Server löschen und gegen das neue „PayPal“ Plugin ersetzen.

ich werde mal das mal versuchen.
Bei uns funktionierte das fronted nicht mehr obwohl alle Anforderungen grün abgehakt waren und es kam die Fehlermeldung error 500, dass backend war noch erreichbar.
Nach einem Anruf bei Profihost sagte der Techniker das ein Fehler in der Datenbank vorlag und korrigierte das.
Das nenne ich Support

Paypal Plus habe ich deinstalliert. Jetzt kommt die nächste Fehlermeldung.

Hier weiß ich allerdings nicht so recht, wo ich ansetzen soll.
