Should theme views be created under src/Resources/app/storefront/views/ ?

Is this tutorial correct?

There are several directory structures shown in this tutorial. Where should you put your theme twig files so they will not affect other themes ?

create a new file $ touch src/Resources/app/storefront/views/layout/header/logo.html.twig

 

There are inconsistencies in tutorials: In this on another directory is mentioned for views.
