Hallo,
ich bin so vorgegangen wie in der Anleitungbeschrieben, aber beim aufrufen der Seite bekomme ich einen “503 Service Unavailable” fehler.
Egal auf Frontend oder Backend. Ich habe die Rechte auf den Ordner und die PHP-Version überprüft, Cache gelöscht, alles soweit in Ordnung.
Wenn ich einen neuen Shop installiere funktioniert der ohne Probleme. Was mache ich falsch ?

Gibt es im Error-Log der Website bzw. in den Shopware-Logs eine entsprechende Fehlermeldung?

nein, im Verzeichnis var/log ist kein aktuelles Log enthalten.
wenn ihr z.b. apache nutzt, sollte in seinem error.log der fehler stehen. je nach hosting musst du wahrscheinlich deinen hoster ansprechen, der fehler sollte protokolliert sein. ruf die seite auf, notier dir die uhrzeit, dann kann er danach schauen
ich hab mal in /var/log/apache2 die error.log angeschaut, der letzte eintrag ist von heute morgen 8.00uhr. selbst wenn ich meine seite aufrufe ändert sich der zeitstempel nicht.
