Problem beim Laden des Backends

Hallo Leute,

nachdem ich die Shopware Software geupdatet habe, habe ich folgendes Problem beim einloggen in unser Backend:

Über einen Guide habe ich versucht den Token zu deaktivieren. Leider hat das auch nicht funktioniert.

Die meisten sachen von dieser Seite haben mir leider nicht weiter geholfen.

Hat irgendjemand von euch eine spontane Idee?

hast du schon mal den Browser-Cache gelöscht?

Hallo,

haben es nicht nur mit einem Browser und Endgerät versucht. Aber ja trotzdem wurde regelmäßig der Cache geleert bzw. wurde im Incognito gearbeitet um erst keinen zu bekommen.

bei Dir ist die Lizenz für das Plugin “CbaxAdvancedMenuModifiedSw5” abgelaufen …

leider bringt mich das mit meinem Problem nicht näher an eine Lösung ran.

Falls Du gar nicht mehr ins Backend kommst, um dieses Plugin zu deaktivieren, bleibt Dir nichts anderes übrig, als dieses direkt in der Datenbank-Tabelle s_core_plugins zu deaktivieren.

Vielen Dank für die Antwort. Ich habe gerade mal per phpmyadmin in die Datenbank geschaut. Dort ist dieses Plugin nicht mit aufgelistet.
