PayPal Express Checkout Fehler

Hallo,

nachdem es für das PayPal Plugin ja keinen Support gibt, versuche ich es mal hier.

Der Express Checkout über PayPal funktioniert bei mir nicht mehr. Ich kann aber nicht sagen, seit wann es ist. Möglich, dass es seit den Updates auf Shopware 5.5.2 oder dem PayPal Plugin 1.1.1 ist, oder auch danach oder davor. Es ist erst jetzt aufgefallen. Beim Klick auf den Express Checkout Button wird man zur Registrierungsseite weitergeleitet. Im Log findet man folgende Fehlermeldung:

Hat das Problem schon mal jemand gehabt oder eine Ahnung, woran das liegen kann? “Transaction amount details (subtotal, tax, shipping) must add up to specified amount total” klingt ja relativ sprechend, wüsste aber nicht, was ich da tun kann.

Das klingt ja erstmal so, als ob bei dir der Warenkorb 0€ wäre.

Hast du da ggf. einen Gutschein oder etwas besonderes im Warenkorb?

Wenn du einen normalen Checkout machst, funktioniert es dann?

Ist der Währungsfaktor für EUR auch 1 und nicht 0 in den Grundeinstellungen?

Der Warenkorb ist gefüllt, keine besonderen Sachen im Warenkorb. Ein normaler Checkout funktioniert. Das Ganze ist reproduzierbar von unterschiedlichen Browsern und Endgeräten. Der Währungsfaktor ist 1, ja.

hab das selbe Problem mit Shopware 5.5.4 und Paypal Plugin 2.0.3

Ich weis aber nicht wie PayPal auf die Idee kommt das der Warenkorb leer ist. Die meisten PayPal bestellungen kommen durch. Es kommt aber ab und zu zu diesem Fehler. Ich sehe das die Kunden mehrfach versuchen die zahlung abzuschliesen. Manchmal ist die Bestellung dann auch mehrfach als unbezahlte PayPal Bestellung im System. 

Wie kann ich prüfen was hier manchmal passiert?

wir haben ein ähnliches Problem.  Shopware Version 5.4.6 + Paypal Version 2.1.0

Tritt willkürlich auf, wie kann man diesem Fehler auf die Schliche kommen?

gab es heir eine Lösung?

Das gleiche Problem haben wir auch immer öfter.

Wir nutzen keinen Gutschein und in den entsprechenden Warenkörben lag nix besonderes.
Auch der Faktor ist korrekt eingestellt.

Shopware: 5.5.8
PP: 2.1.3

Selbe Fehlermeldung. Shopware 5.5.7 + PayPal 2.1.3. Kundenwarenkörb waren gefüllt. Gibt es ggf. schon ein Ticket dafür?

Gibt es mittlerweile eine Lösung?
Habe teilweise Fehlermeldungen bei denen die Transaktionsnummer bei den fehlgeschlagenen Zahlungen entweder mit „PAYID…“ oder „EC-…“ beginnt.
