Nach Update auf 5.6.9 Frontend nicht erreichbar

Moin!

 

Heute aben wir auf 5.6.9 geupdated. Das Backend ist jetzt auch erreichbar, das Frontend nicht mehr. Mit veränderter Config.php bekomme ich folgendes:

Im Forum finde ich nichts brauchbares. Habe das Cookie Consent Plugin gar nicht installiert. Wie behebe ich das? Woher kommt das?

Ich verzweifle gerade…

Wenn ich versuche, das Update erneut via Shell zu installieren, kommt folgendes:
