Multi language Cms page translation Issue ?

We would like to create an English version of our German website. We created a Language shop with the help of document.

Now we have the language dropdown in the front end of our website. When we change the language from German to english

or vice versa the page doesn’t translate to the chosen language. Please suggest how to fix the issue.

Plus you have to assign the desired shop page groups for the shop.

You need to go to Configuration->Basic Settings->Shop Settings->Shops than edit the english shop and the last setting should be the ‘Select Pages’ setting.

When changing the language the page remains same as previous language.

As previously stated you have to assign the shop page groups to the correct language shop.
