Where is the Cancellation instructions file located, it’s not one of the shopping experience pages

It is definitely a CMS page, please check again. You might look into settings > basic settings so see what cms is linked here.

I had set those up in the setting section under Basic Settings Saving the changes has not effect.

Any suggestions
