Hallo liebe Community, ich habe folgendes Problem. Wenn ich eine Bestellung aufgebe und diese über Klarna abwickeln möchte, sprich Zahlungpflichtig bestellen klicke kommt folgende meldung. Wer möchte kann es gerne selbst testen. http://www.dessousmeile.de Vermutlich noch wer da der Probleme mit Klarna und der aktuellen Shopware 5.02 Version Probleme hat? Hallo Moritz, das ist es ja es gibt keine fehlermeldung… es wird die seite „payment_klarna_kpm“ geöffnet. Dann kommt der Text wie im ersten post geschrieben. Mehr kommt da nicht. ich versteh es selbst nicht geschweige Klarna. Wir haben das Plugin deinstalliert und wieder installiert und trotzdem keine änderung

Hallo zusammen, ich hab das Verhalten eben nachstellen können, das Plugin wurde im letzten Update hinsichtlich der Versandkostenberechnung angepasst. Der Fehler taucht auf, wenn keine Versandart aktiv ist. Schau hier mal bitte nach, ob Klarna bei deinen Versandkosten als aktive Zahlart eingetragen ist.

Wir warten mal das Update ab, ob wir diesen Fall abfangen können. An sonsten ist das eine Konfigurationssache, du musst halt für alle Fälle schauen, dass mindestens eine Versandart aktiv ist. Dann taucht dieser Fall auch nicht auf. 
ja man muss einfach nur eine versandart auswählen vorausgewählt funktioniert es nicht. Klarna ist nun auch dabei das zu lösen müsste ja dann eigentlich bei njiemanden gehen weil vorausgewählt kann man nicht ändern? gruß Uwe
Problem gelöst der haken versandkostenfrei im artikel darf nicht gesetzt sein dann funktioniert es 
“Versandkostenfrei” beim Artikel war bei mir irrelevant, das funktionierte, aber “Versandkostenfrei ab X €” in der Versandart brachte den Fehler wieder. Ich leite das direkt weiter, damit das mit berücksichtigt wird.

Hallo, die Meldung kommt, wenn keine Versandkosten/Versandart eingetragen werden kann. Das ist eine Funktion, die neu implementiert wurde. Es gibt also Fälle, wo das auftreten kann, wenn z.B. Versandart nicht greift bzw. keine ausgewählt ist. Zur Info aber für alle: Das Plugin-Update ist in den letzten Zügen. Das kommt jetzt also kurzfristig. Hallo, Zwischenstatus: Das Plugin ist bei uns soweit angepasst, erweitert und getestet, damit man auch die Art Probleme, wenn keine Versandart bzw. besondere Konstellationen vorliegen, abfangen kann. Wie es aber nun mal vorkommen kann, kann es bei so etwas auch zu Verzögerungen kommen, da die Version auch für diverse Shopware Versionen geprüft werden muss. Wenn die letzten Details geklärt sind, kann dieses auch im Store veröffentlicht werden. Es hängen hier aber immer einige Prozesse im Hintergrund dran, so dass man nicht einfach was einbauen und veröffentlichen kann. Daher dauert es in diesem Fall auch ein paar Tage länger. Sebastian

Hey, auch nach dem Update wird mir beim Durchführen einer Testbestellung mit den Klarna Test-Credentials folgende Meldung ausgegeben: Ein Integrationsfehler ist zwischen dem Onlineshop und Klarna aufgetreten. Kontaktieren Sie den Onlineshop für mehr Information oder wählen Sie eine andere Zahlungsart. Fehlermail an Shopbetreiber wird in diesem Fall nicht versendet.
Ist dein Account bei Klarna als Testaccount freigegeben? Normalerweise erscheint diese Meldung nur, wenn du zum Testen den falschen / nicht freigegebenen Account angibst oder z.B. mit dem Testaccount bestellst, ohne den Testmodus zu aktivieren.
