Kein Zugriff auf Kundenliste nach Update auf SW 4.2.1

Hallo liebe Community. Nach dem Update von 4.1.4 auf 4.2.1 kann ich im Backend nicht mehr auf die Kundenliste zugreifen auch keinen neuen Kunden manuell anlegen. Alles andere scheint erstmal zu funktionieren. Folgende Fehler werden mir angezeigt. Modul: Shopware.apps.Customer Pfad der Anforderung: /backend/customer/load/ http-Fehlermeldung: Service Unavailable http-Statuscode: 503 / GET

Hi, es sieht so aus als wenn einige Template Dateien nicht geladen werden können. Entweder wurden die Dateien nicht korrekt übertragen oder Sie haben falsche Rechte. Du könntest hier einfach mal versuchen das Update nochmal auf deinem FTP Server zu laden und dies noch einmal auszuführen. Zudem leer einmal den Kompletten Cache über FTP. Gruß Dennis

Hallo Community. Zur Lösung habe ich folgende Schritte unternommen. 1. Shopware-Update nochmal runtergeladen. 2. Besitzrechte der Verzeichnisse auf dem Shopserver alle auf ftp-User gesetzt. 3. Alle Dateien entpackt hochgeladen. 4. Besitzrechte einzelner Verzeichnisse auf PHP-User zurückgesetzt. -logs -templates -engine/shopware/plugins 5. Update gestartet. 6. Das Backend gestartet. 6. Die Shop-Caches unter Einstellungen geleert. Und siehe da das Backend funktionierte jetzt auch wieder ohne Fehlermeldung und mit Kundenverwaltung. Gruß Heinz Hubert

Hallo, ich habe das Problem, seit ich das ganze von meinem lokalen Server auf den endgültigen Server umgezogen habe. Ich glaube das sind die gleichen Fehler oder? Gibt es diesbezüglich auch eine Lösung, weil ich habe ja kein Update oder ähnliches gemacht? [code]

Hallo Udo Ich würde ein Update wie oben beschrieben mit dem neuesten Stand versuchen, da bei der Installation anscheinend einige Schreibrechte nicht richtig gesetzt wurden. Gruß Heinz Hubert
