Is it possible to set individual Catalog entry for each language (managing two catalogs for each language)?

Yes. You have to add a second (or third) sales channel with the different language and then you can set different catalogs as entry points.

We were seeking for solution to keep it in one sales channel for simplicity.

How do you change language without a second sales channel?

For SW6 we decided to go with DEEP L auto translate extension. But in SW6 you can manage Languages in one sales channel without this extension.

We migrate data from SW5. A second catalog is set for the second language there. We were thinking on option to include in SW6 the second catalog migrated from SW5, because of SEO, to take over URLs.
