How to change "Prices incl. TAX plus shipping costs " to "Prices Excl. TAX plus shipping costs "

I see there are two translations in Snippets, I’m not sure where the switch is to change it.

I could change it in the snippet, but that seems like it will create unintended consequences.

The customer group setting decides whether the price is net or gross. Just change the setting to display net prices and you will see the snippet „excl. tax“.

One other question: Now when I set that, Shipping is no longer calculated in the cart.

In the US we use deceptive pricing because reasons. I need the Price to be excluding tax on the shopping page, but then adding tax and shipping in cart.
