How can I reslove this(Failed to generate key) error on local system?

I’m trying to install Shopware 6 locally with WAMP without any Docker, In the requirements it’s getting error "JwtCertificateGenerationException - Failed to generate key ".

Can you please help me on this.

Best advice you’ll ever get for installation of web software: hands off of Windows, use any unix based system instead or docker/vm etc…
