Fehler bei Bezahlung per PayPal (kein PP Plus)

Hallo Gemeinde,

bin eine Bestellung mit einer Kundin am Telefon mit ihr zusammen durchgegangen:

Ware in den Warenkorb gelegt, auf „Zur Kasse“ geklickt, Adressdaten eingegeben (kein Kundenkonto angelegt), Zahlart PayPal gewählt,
dann „Zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ geklickt, Weiterleitung an PayPal, dort eingeloggt, alle Daten überprüft und „Jetzt bezahlen“ geklickt!
So weit alles in Ordnung.

Danach ist die Kundin von PayPal aus zurück in meinen Shop geleitet worden. Dort im Shop wurde Ihr dann die Warenkorbseite angezeigt mit
der Meldung „Sie haben keine Artikel im Warenkorb“. Sie war noch im Shop angemeldet.

Eine Bestellung wurde nicht ausgelöst. Im Backend unter Marketing > Auswertung > Abbruch-Analyse wurde mir genau diese Bestellung als
Abbruch (Zahlart PayPal) angezeigt!

In den Logs (FTP) sind keine Fehler vermerkt. Meine Konfiguration SW 5.1.6, PayPal Plugin 3.3.12.

Kann mir jemand sagen wo der Fehler liegt? Ich habe mehrere „PayPal-Bestellabbrüche“ in der „Abbruch-Analyse“! (versch. Kunden)

Guten Tag,

das ist leider das bekannte Paypal-Problem (tritt vor allem bei der Zahlart Paypal Plus auf)

es klappt teilweise schon, dann wieder nicht. B ei uns lief es in den letzten 2-3 Wochen zum Glück einwandfrei, heute bereits einige solcher Kunden gehabt. Die Zahlung ist tatsächlich erfolgt, die Bestellung musste manuell importiert werden.

Wir bekommen ebenfalls nicht wirklich Hilfe oder eine Lösung. Sind ratlos.

Ich verstehe nicht wie so etwas grundlegendes in einem Online-Shop so unzuverlässig arbeitet!?

Ich habe nicht PayPal Plus, dass habe ich noch nicht mal in meinem PayPal-Account aktiviert, sondern das
normale PayPal-Plugin aktiv. Und ständig habe ich Kaufabbrüche in der Auswertung wo die Zahlart PayPal
gewählt wurde.

Mal habe ich Kunden die per PayPal eine Bestellung tätigen können und mal nicht! Da geht mir schon eine
Menge Bestellungen verloren, denn gewechselt auf eine andere Zahlart wird nicht.

Wo könnte denn mal nach dem Problem geguckt werden?

Hallo,

naja ihr müsstet euch erstmal einige Logs besorgen - schauen wie der Verlauf im Onlineshop ist (bspw. Access-Log) und dann mal auch die Paypal-Fehlermeldungen loggen lassen. Zusätzlich sollte Paypal auch eine Aussage treffen können, wie genau der Verlauf des Kunden ist. Oftmals hilft denen da die EC-Nummer.

Hallo Tanny,

diese Logs werden vermutlich von einem Drittanbieter Plugin angelegt. Leider lässt sich hier nicht erkennen welches. Folgender Fehler könnte aber schon darauf hinweisen, warum Paypal nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert:

Hier wird versucht auf die Shop Resource zuzugreifen, die in dem Moment nicht zur Verfügung zu stehen scheint. Ich würde jetzt schauen, welche Plugins explizit in deinem Checkout Prozess eingreifen und diese sukzessive deaktvieren, um herauszufinden, welches Plugin der Übeltäter ist.

vielen Dank für den Hinweis.

Das wird schwierig heraus zu finden welches Plugin es sein könnte, da es leider nicht immer passiert. Es gibt auch immer wieder Bestellungen, welche per PayPal bezahlt werden und funktionieren.

Ich habe drei Plugins welche mit dem Checkout zu tun haben (könnten?):

PayPal selbst, Version 3.3.12
Payever Payments, Version 1.1.5
Payment, Version 1.0.0 von Shopware AG

Über das 3. Plugin habe ich keine Informationen. Ist das ein “System”-Plugin? Bei diesem Plugin gibt es keine Möglichkeit irgendetwas einzustellen.

Gibt es denn noch andere Log-Datei wo ich gucken könnte?

Hi Michael,

das dritte Plugin ist das Payment Grund-Plugin von Shopware (mit SW 5.2 übrigens obsolet).

Du könntest in den log Dateien vom Server selbst schauen. Da fragst du am besten deinen Hoster, wo du diese finden kannst.

Ist es dir denn möglich, testweise das Payever Plugin zu deaktivieren?

Hi Michael,

die Log Dateien findest du im Shopware log Verzeichnis. Direkt im Root unter /log oder ab SW 5.1 unter /var/log

dann ist das doch die PayPal-Log-Datei , welche ich auch schon weiter oben genannt hatte. Die ist aus /var/log/plugin_production-2016-06-28.log.

Oder wie heißt die PayPal-Log-Datei?

Hi Michael,

richtig, das PayPal Plugin würde in die gleiche Datei schreiben, allerdings loggt das Plugin nur als „error“. D.h. da würde dann so etwas stehen:

[2016-06-28 13:02:52] plugin.ERROR: paypal zahlung fehlgeschlagen {„uid“:„5e9ed65“}

Als „info“ wird also nichts von dem Paypal Plugin ins Log geschrieben.

Hallo,

wir haben seit ca. zwei Wochen das gleiche Problem und finden keine Lösung. Hat hier schon jemand mehr herausfinden können? Wir haben die aktuelle Shopware und Plugin Versionen installiert. Kann es etwas mit den Paypal Neuerungen bezüglich SHA-256 (SSL Zerifikate) ui tun haben?

Da wir in keiner der genannten Log-Dateien Fehlermeldungen haben und auch PayPal nichts feststellen kann (klar, die Zahlung wird ja sauber abgewickelt, der Rest läuft über das Plugin) habe ich nun ein Ticket erstellt - vielleicht mag jemand voten: http://issues.shopware.com/issues/PT-6956

Bei mir gab es heute einen Kundenhinweis dazu:

Nach der Auswahl von Paypal als Bezahldienst auf der Seite (/checkout/shippingPayment/sTarget/checkout), kommt beim Klick auf „weiter“ die Seite (/checkout/saveShippingPayment/sTarget/checkout/sTargetAction/index) die Fehlermeldung: „Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten! Wir wurden bereits über das Problem informiert und arbeiten an einer Lösung, bitte versuchen Sie es in Kürze erneut.“

Geht man dann auf den Zurück-Button des Browsers und dann auf weiter, kommt man auf die Abschlussseite.

Nach einer eigenen Prüfung passiert dies aber auch bei Vorkasse.
