Hallo Leute,
eine Kundin woltle gerade bei uns was bestellen und informierte uns über eine FATAL Error Message. Hat jemand eine Idee wo der Fehler liegen könnte? Wir nutzen das Plug-In Mediafinanz um die Bonität der Kunden zu prüfen. Dies wurde bei der Kunden auch gemacht. Der Scorewert wurde ermittelt. (Es hatte schon mal alles funktioniert)

Dann habe ich im Backend -> Grundeinstellung -> Bestellabschluss folgende Fehlermeldung seit neusten:
