I encountered an error (500) on my Shopware page after performing an update. Before the update, I remember there was a confirmation step regarding plugins to ensure everything was compatible. After proceeding with the update, the error occurred.
I tried to fix the issue by accessing the site via FTP, but I wasn’t able to log in. The FTP client recognized the username, but reported that the password was incorrect. I’m wondering: is the FTP password supposed to be the same as the Shopware admin dashboard password, or is it different? If it’s different, how can I retrieve or reset it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
