Hi, this is my first message here.
I understand if this seems as a stupid question, but I have looked everywhere (or almost everywhere I guess) but I can’t seem to find out how to send an automatic email to the shop owner when a new order is placed.

You have to use the „business events“. Add a new event with the address of the shop owner.
