Email is not sending for one sales channel


We are facing an issue with email sending. We have 3 sale channels, but email is only sending for one of the sale channels, and we checked the event logs whether we are getting any errors. But we are not getting any status in the event logs as well. We are using a plugin called , Drop shipping. Can anyone suggest where to look into and how should we fix?


If I’m correct the mailer setting are the same for all channels, so these setting should be OK.

Perhaps some flows that are not build or set to an specific sales channel.
