Hallo liebe Community,

Wenn ich Custom Products v2 installierne will bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Error
Unable to install, got exception: An exception occurred while executing 'INSERT INTO s_crontab (name, action, next, start, `interval`, active, end, pluginID) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)' with params ["CustomProducts Hash GarbageCollector", "Shopware_CronJob_SwagCustomProductsHashGarbageCollectorCron", "2016-08-22 10:32:34", null, 86400, 1, "2016-08-22 10:32:34", "123"]: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 'Shopware_CronJob_SwagCustomProductsHashGarbageCollectorCron' for key 'action'

Leider kann ich damit nicht so viel anfangen. Wie mache ich einen secureUninstall?

Kann wir jemand helfen?

Schau mal bitte in den Grundeinstellungen -> Cronjobs nach, ob du bereits einen „Custom Products“ Cronjob installiert hast. Dieser müsste gelöscht werden und anschließend sollte die Installation einwandfrei funktionieren.

Danke für den Tipp. Hab ich gemacht. Es hat sich was verändert aber installieren kann ich immer noch nicht. Ich bekomme jetzt folgende Fehlermeldung:

Error
Unable to install, got exception: Resource swagcustomproducts already exists
