attribute als Items im CreateBaseTab

Hallo Leute,

Wie kann ich bestimmt Attribute Felder anrufen im createBaseTab function mit Extjs im Artikel Backend. ohne dass ich  neue Items erstelle,  möchte ich mein Attribute laden.

Ist das möglich? danke
