Moin, 
seit dem Tag, wo ich das Update wegen dem PSD2 Update vollzogen habe, kommt es zu dem Problem, dass meine Kunden zwar per AmazonPay vermeintlich bezahlen können, im Shopware befinden sich auch Transaktionsnummern - diese werden aber weder seitens Amazon beim Kunden abgebucht, noch tauchen Sie in meinem Seller-Central auf … 
Ergo - das System sagt eigentlich dem Kunden, dass er bezahlt hat - hat er aber nicht … 

Hat noch jemand dieses Problem und kennt eine Lösung ?

Ich glaube nicht, dass es noch viele Nutzer hier mit diesen Versionen gibt, die noch dazu mit diesen sparsamen Informationen (Logfiles?) helfen könnten; Am besten Du wendest dich mit dem Problem an den Hersteller des Plugins. Es ist kein offizielles Shopware-Plugin.

Wir haben das gleiche Problem mit einem 5.1.3 System.
Leider hat BestIT den Support für diese Version eingestellt.

Ein Problem mit den IPN Nachrichten ist bei BestIT wohl bekannt, leider funktioniert der Workaround bei uns nicht.

Bei uns wird der folgende Fehler ausgeworfen “Error with message - header does not contain x-amz-sns-message-type header”
