Admin anmelde loop in Shopware 6.4

Hallo Läute,

ich habe mir komplettes neues Shopware 6.4 zum Testzweken installiert und habe gleich die ersten Problen.
ich komme nicht in den Admin Bereich, haben Anmeldeloop egal was ich mache und Fronten wird auch nicht richtig angezeigt.

bei der Installation war alles grün.

Habe den Shop schon min. 10 mal neu installiert und immer das gleich Ergebnis.

hat schon jemand das Problem gehabt. beim Google finde ich leider nichts.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem nach dem Update auf 6.4

Bei mir hat es seit dem Update auf v6.4.0.0 nichts zerschossen.
Sind denn alle Anforderungen erfüllt und waren alle inkompatible Plugins deaktiviert?

Unwahrscheinlich, wenn es erst released wurde.

ich habe kein Update gemacht sondern komplett neu.
Ich probiere später Vorgänger zu installieren falls da das Problem nicht auftaucht spiele dann Update drauf.

Habe gerade mal die Webseite http://shopware6.herbosus-shop.de/ aufgerufen und sehe dass die Webseite lädt. Allerdings kein Styling hat. Im Sourcecode wird kein Styling definiert.

Welches Theme ist den installiert?

Das Problem scheint sich

nur auf das Frontend zu beziehen, da das backend (zumindest der Login) stylingtechnisch funktionier:

Wenn ich mich mit (natürlich ungültigen) Logindaten versuche einzuwählen bekommen ich folgenden Error:

Der Grant-Type oder der Refresh-Token ist ungültig.

(btw sollte es nicht „das Token“ heißen?)

Was der normale Fehler ist, welcher angezeigt wird, wenn man falsche Logindaten hat.
Was genau wird denn bei euch angezeigt?
Was liefert die Konsole im Browser?

keine Ahnung, da ich bist jetzt noch nie im Adminbereich war.

Ich habe zuerst vermutet das ein paar Dateien nicht richtig hochgeladen wurden. Habe danach das original Zip-Datei auf dem Server direkt entpackt um den Fehler zu vermeiden und das gleiche Ergebnis.

ich lande immer wieder bei dem Login, manchmal ist nur leere Seite und beim aktualiesieren wieder Anmelde Maske.

So, ich habe erst mal das Problem gelöst, in dem ich die vorgenger Version installiert habe => lief ohne Probleme. Entweder hatte ich ein defekte Zipdatei erwischt trotz Prüfsummen-chek oder ist bei Shopware was beim Paket erstellen was schief gelaufen.

Habe jetzt Update auf das 6.4 gemacht und das gleiche Problem „Anmelde Loop“

Danke für den Tipp. Habe jetzt wegen den „Sodium“ an meinen Provider weitergeleitet. Mal sehen was passiert.

für alle die Ihren Hoster bei Alfahosting haben ist „Sodium“ bei PHP 8.x automatisch dabei.
Das Problem entsteht dann wenn man noch andere Systeme da Parallel mit laufen die nicht unter PHP 8.x laufen wie Shopware 5.x.x.
Lösung: in die .htaccess „AddHandler x-httpd-php8.0 .php“ eintragen.

und es funktioniert.

habe das gleiche Problem - Frontend läuft wieder, habe einmal alle Plugins deinstalliert - aber in den Admin-Bereich komme ich nicht mehr und mein Import bekommt auch keine Daten - wurden da ggf. alle „API“-Secrets bei dem Update zerschossen?

Sodium läuft bei mir - aber ggf. sind die anderen „Abhängigkeiten“ nicht erfüllt: composer 2.0, guzzle 7, et cetera.

Bei mir waren auch alle Voraussetzungen „grün“ - bin gespannt, wie sich das auflöst.

So, vermutlich ist doch Sodium bzw. das Fehlen der Erweiterung schuld. Nach erster Fehlinformation, es sei verfügbar bei meinem Paket bei Host-Europe, ist jetzt klar, NEIN, doch nicht - nur bei den Dedicated Servern installierbar. ;( Die wollen aber mal schauen, ob das nicht doch demnächst nachgereicht wird - wenn es vermehrt Anfragen bzgl. Sodium gibt.

Warum das aber bei der „Systemvoraussetzung“ von seitens @Shopware nicht geprüft wird, ist mir ein Rätsel - ich kann jetzt alles neu installieren und migrieren und dann ohne die Erlebniswelten exportieren zu können, et cetera - was eine Verschwendung von Lebenszeit :wink:

Verstehe ich an der stelle auch nicht.
Ist weder schwer vorzugeben, bzw. vor dem Update zu checken ob alle Anforderungen erfüllt sind oder nicht. Aber auch beim Changelog wurde geschludert und es fehlt(e) die Notiz darüber, dass es überhaupt PHP 8.0 kompatibel ist.

Hallo zusammen, habe das gleiche Login-Problem beim Backend mit SW 6.4.0, Erstinstallation:

Auf dem Hosting wurde nach den Tipps oben auf PHP 8.0 umgestellt, welches jetzt auch mit aktiviertem Sodium läuft, Passendes vermeldet auch die info.php.

Meine Frage: muss ich SW 6.4 mit nun laufendem PHP 8 inkl. Sodium nochmals neu installieren, oder sollte das mit dem Login alleine schon durch das Aktivieren der Sodium-Erweiterung funktionieren?

Prima, danke für die schnelle Antwort. Also ist was faul, und ich kann mir überlegen, auf 6.3.5.4. zurückzusetzen, oder mein Glück doch mit einer 6.4.-Neuinstallation zu versuchen.

Hätte ja echt gerne das 6.4., aber so macht das einfach wenig Spass.

die Installation nochmal aufrufen und schauen ob der PHP 8 auch angezeigt wird. Nicht das da in eine Konfigurationdatei auf alten PHP ungeleitet wird.

Nach Update auf 6.4 war es nur bei den Redakteuren wo der Loop kam, nicht aber bei den Admins. Sobald die hoch gestuft wurden zu Admin hat Login geklappt. Ist aber keine dauerhafte Lösung.
