We habe been facing „ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT“ errors on Shopware Dashboard and client websites since this morning.
We’ve checked the Shopware Status page, and according to their latest update, all systems seem to be operational today. Despite this, the connectivity issues persist for us and our clients.
If anyone has experienced this or reached out to Shopware support, could you please share insights?
Is there any way to contact the Shopware support to notify the error? I couldn’t find nothing on Shopware’s website.
